Judiciary of Guam’s Civil Justice Reform Initiative

Civil disputes cover essential and urgent issues including commercial and business conflicts, domestic matters such as divorce or child custody, and estate and guardianship matters.  To continue to ensure that each case gets the attention necessary for an efficient and effective justice, the Judiciary of Guam has implemented a Civil Justice Reform Initiative with a Civil Case Management Team committed to evaluating current rules and procedures and developing and implementing solutions necessary to move cases along, with less waste of time and money.
