(a) Repository. The Court shall be the central repository for the registered information, in addition to all criminal history records information.
(b) Fees. The Court is authorized to collect reasonable registration fees from registrants. Such fees shall be used for the maintenance and support of the sex offender registration and notification program by the Superior Court of Guam.
